Boot Camp!

For those who enjoy a team setting, but are not looking for the traditional step or multi-impact classes. An intense high-energy workout without choreography, and with calisthentic-type components! Mondays at 10AM, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30PM- in the Big Gym!


New Hot Class!
Starting in January- we will have a HOT CLASS on the group exercise schedule! This month, the class is Cardio Kickboxing! Try it out on Mondays at 5:30PM, or Wednesdays at 10AM! This is an advanced cardio workout! Join us!

We've added a brand new Hip Hop Class on Thursdays at 8AM! Don't be shy- dance your way to a new you with this fun class! It won't feel like you're EXERCISING!
