Our experienced trainers are nationally certified through NASM, AFPA, NSCA, and ACE. Let our highly advanced trainers guide you through a personalized workout and receive the following benefits.

A private training area is utilized by our qualified trainers to give you the attention and focus on your individual workout. In this area we have a variety of alternative resistance methods that we use to support you in reaching your goals.

In addition to our Cardiovascular and Strength Training Equipment, we offer a variety of group training classes and incentive programs to our members throughout the year.

Midge Stanton

Midge has experienced all levels of fitness; she went from being a high school athlete, to a sedentary mother of two, and now currently is in the best shape of her life! She is enthusiastic about motivating others to reach their goals and to live a healthier lifestyle.
Midge has been certified as an ACE Personal Trainer for seven years. She has been with Robious/MAC for six years.

Eric Larson

ACE Certified Personal Trainer

Eric was a U.S. Army Master Fitness Trainer and is a Military Style Boot Camp Instructor. If you’re looking to shape up, Eric is the trainer for you! Eric has worked in several clubs throughout the Richmond area as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. He has a passion for conducting Military Style Boot Camp classes.

 

James Martin

James is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran with experience in athletics of multiple ranges. He is a collegiate varsity rower with high school and collegiate coaching experience. James is great with training people of any age and level of fitness.

Jason Dunn specializes in educating and training people about personal fitness and weight training. Prior to his work with the MAC, Jason worked independently as a personal trainer. He also worked in a cubicle, and hopes that those days are far behind him. Serious about promoting the tremendous benefits of personal training at the MAC, Jason is committed to motivating others to achieve their lifetime fitness goals.
