FITNESS 101

Session II- August 4th - August 27th. Tuesdays at 11AM or Wednesdays at 6PM.
This is a 45 minute class focusing on the basics of strength, cardiovascular and flexibility training! The class will be taught by personal trainers Megan Florentine and Ronny Tucker. Cost is $35 per member. For more information, call Amy at 330-2248.
