Aqua Goes Mind - Body

Aqua-Pilates is now a regular feature on the weekly Aqua Schedule. The 45 minutes of Deep water aerobics followed by 45 minutes of Aqua Pilates is by far the favorite format.
Classes are Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8:30am. This is a challenging and beneficial workout for all ages and fitness levels.


ZUMBA! ZUMBA! ZUMBA!
Now twice a week! Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:30PM! It's in the big Gym- so there's plenty of space!
Come shake those extra pounds away and get a GREAT workout! For all ability levels!
